“The” Vision
The MCU managed to revive a good number of Marvel’s characters that had been languishing in the comic book’s past. One of them was Vision, which became a household name after the Avengers movies and the massive success of Wandavision.
In the newest version, he’s a burgundy-skinned android created by Ultron, which the Avengers hijacked and made into humanity’s ally by uploading J.A.R.V.I.S.’s database. The original character, created by Joe Simon and none other than Jack Kirby himself, was a green alien cop. He first appeared in 1940.
