WALL-E: the main character is a creep
Allow us to spoil this film for you. The basic plot is that Wall-E (coded male) is lonely on his planet until another robot, EVE (coded female), arrives. Wall-E makes advances on EVE, but she consistently and vehemently rejects him.
This continues until EVE, having completed her mission, goes to sleep. Now that EVE is sleeping and can no longer actively reject Wall-E, he goes on a series of dates with her, holding her hand and generally behaving romantically toward his unconscious “girlfriend.”
